1. Remember that we are not able to respond to emergencies.
2. Counsellors will respond to emails received before 12 noon on Tuesday by 5 pm on Thursday of the same week. You can send as many emails as you want per week provided they do not exceed 500 words in total.
3. We anticipate our weekly responses to you will last over a 6 week period.
4. In order to get the best service from us it is important that you write your own emails, sent from your University email address.
5. There may be times when your regular counsellor is not available, (e.g. holidays/sickness), if this should occur we will inform you as soon as possible, and where appropriate, you may be offered the option of working with another qualified counsellor, until your regular counsellor returns.
