Mindfulness Walking Trails

To help you be more mindful in your day-to-day life, WLV Sport and the Students’ Union have created mindfulness walking trails across some of the University’s campuses,
offering an excellent way to clear your mind of clutter and restore your sense of focus. Walks range from 15 minutes to one hour and give you the chance to stretch your legs and restore balance into your life, whether that’s in between lectures, during your lunch break or to break up your study time. If you fancy meeting new people too, come along to one of our allocated walking timeslots on our social programme.
