Enrol online

To study with the University you must enrol onto your course - you can do this when you have an unconditional offer (you must re-enrol each year).

Enrolment will be available closer to your course start date.

Enrolment instructions

Once you are registered you can go ahead with the enrolment process.

Login to your evision account. The 'Home' page will be displayed.‌

When you log on to your e:Vision account to enrol you will see a page that looks something like this:

As you can see this is where you can also upload your ID photo (for full instructions on this go to www.wlv.ac.uk/photoid).

O‌nce ready to enrol the button SELECT will be shown in the bottom right corner.  Click it.

Step 1 - confirm/create your IT account

Once you have clicked SELECT you will be taken to your enrolment task:

Your personal details will show in the top left corner and your course details in the top right.  Don't worry if they aren't completely correct, you'll have a chance to correct this during the process.

First you have to register for an IT account.   This will give you your university email address (ending with @wlv.ac.uk).

Once you have accepted the terms and conditions for using our IT services, you will be asked to complete the Personal Details section.  Please make sure that your details are up to date because we will use the details you have provided to contact you.

Step 2 - complete all the steps

Once the IT account has been confirmed and your personal details completed it will turn GREEN and the next task will turn from GREY to BLUE.

Each task will turn BLUE on the completion on the previous one.  It is only once all tasks are GREEN that you will be fully enrolled.

If you are a new student, you will need to complete an ID check. You will need to bring in a valid form of photo identification to your Faculty Student Services office i.e. passport, full or provisional driving licence. Your enrolment will be fully complete once you have had your ID checked.
