
University launches CyberVehiCare: A global consortium for Cybersecurity and AI in future transport

The University of Wolverhampton is proud to announce the official launch of CyberVehiCare, an international research consortium dedicated to advancing Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Advanced Green Communications for the future of transportation.
CyberVehiCare will serve as a global hub, bringing together leading researchers, industry experts, and policymakers to build a cyber-resilient ecosystem for intelligent and connected vehicles. The consortium aims to bridge the gap between academic excellence and real-world applications, ensuring that innovation in vehicular technology is secure, sustainable, and impactful.
CyberVehiCare’s Core Aims:
- Global Consortium Building: Establishing a worldwide network of experts to develop practical and innovative vehicular cybersecurity solutions.
- Academia–Industry Partnerships: Connecting universities, businesses, and governments to tackle safety and cybersecurity challenges in transport.
- Capacity Building & Knowledge Exchange: Hosting workshops, conferences, and training programmes to foster collaboration and prepare the next generation of professionals.
Programme Highlights:
CyberVehiCare will host two major international conferences, both Scopus-indexed and published in Springer’s Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE):
- International Conference on Emerging Trends in Cybersecurity (ICETCS 2025)
- International Conference on Intelligent Technology, System and Service for Internet of Everything (ITSS-IoE 2025)
