University hosts awards for achievements in business

The University of Wolverhampton is hosting its fourth Business Achievement Awards (BAAs) on Wednesday 19th June 2019 at the Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton.

The bi-annual awards, hosted by the University, provide the opportunity to acknowledge both individuals and organisations that have demonstrated business excellence in a number of categories from business collaborations and partnerships, to graduate and apprentice employment support and graduate start-ups. High-climbing businesses, employees and big achievers will all be part of the celebrations at this prestigious event.

Nominations are now being encouraged for the graduates, apprentices, organisations, employers, alumni and graduate start-ups deserving of recognition for their contribution to business, enterprise and the economy.

A judging panel, made up of high-profile representatives from within the regional business community as well as representation from within the University’s senior leadership, will consider all submissions and select the winners in May.

The Business Achievement Awards categories are:

  • Employee of the Year
  • Employer of the Year
  • Graduate Start-Up of the Year
  • Academic Expert of the Year
  • Business Collaboration of the Year
  • Business Leader of the Year
  • Strategic Business Partner of the Year

Nominations for each category are open NOW and online submissions can be made here.
