Students and recent graduates can find out more about a career in the IT industry at a University of Wolverhampton event.
The annual IT Careers Fair will take place at the University’s City Campus on Thursday, 10 April 2008. (This event is only open to School of Computing and Information Technology students and graduates of the University of Wolverhampton.)
National and local employers will be exhibiting to promote their IT related placements and graduate jobs. These include Capgemini, EDS, E.ON, Kalamazoo-Reynolds and Hays Information Technology.
Kam Atwal, Employer Liaison Officer, said: “This is a great opportunity for students and recent graduates to meet representatives from top companies and find out more about pursuing a successful career in the IT industry.”
The event will be held in the Exhibition Hall (MC301) from 12pm until 4pm. The fair has been organised by The Workplace/Careers and Employment Services and the School of Computing and Information Technology’s Employability and Placement Unit.
