University of Wolverhampton staff have launched a free, self-paced online maths course to help students during the COVID-19 crisis.
The Maths Hangout Course has been funded by Aspire to HE - a partnership made up of the University of Wolverhampton, seven local further education colleges and 39 schools across the Black Country and Telford and Wrekin.
The online course is aimed at GCSE students who were planning on taking their exams this year and consists of eleven sections, each of which includes video lessons and online self-assessment quizzes.
The course has been designed and developed by the University’s School of Mathematics and Computer Science staff members Abigail Parkes, Liam Naughton, Jordan Brennan, Elouise Foster & Emily Rodden.
