Please note that the drop-in service can be very popular at peak periods (such as assignment deadlines). If you can't be seen between 11am-4pm, contact us to request an appointment. To access our other support, including online workshops, head to www.wlv.ac.uk/skills.

Useful info:

Do you have a particular learning need? Before booking an appointment with us, we’d recommend you look over the Communication Services page. If you require a BSL interpreter, manual note-taker or other communication support service, please organise this prior to confirming an appointment time.

Please note that the Skills for Learning team cannot proofread work and cannot offer subject-specific advice. For further information about our support, please download our Feedback Guidance.

Finally, if you and other students are looking for an appointment together we can arrange this. Just contact us with a list of the student names and numbers, and we’ll arrange for a group session.
