Between 27 July – 1 Aug we’ll be upgrading our library systems.

During this time you won’t be able to access My Account.

If you want to keep a record of your loan history you’ll need to access this before 27 July as it won’t transfer to the new system.

There will also be some down time where links to resources embedded in Canvas won't work while we update them to LibrarySearch. 

Any links you’ve saved to resources in Summon library catalogue search might not work when we go live with LibrarySearch and will need manually updating. 

You can still visit the libraries as normal during this time (self-service machines will be offline so please use the help desks), or you can contact us via phone, email or ASSIST chat.


We expect to be back up and running again by 1 August with a brand new LibrarySearch resource discover tool, but please bear with us while we make some adjustments, there may be some mine dirsruptions to service during early August. Contact us if you need any help.
