Phishing Email Warning

To All Staff,

We are receiving unsolicited phishing e-mails asking for specific personal information. It is very important that you do not send any information.

If you have please contact the Service Desk on (01902 32) 2000 or by email to If you do receive this email or anything that looks suspicious you should delete it immediately.

These types of emails may be picked up by our firewall and quarantined by iCritical. You are advised not to release anything that you are not expecting

We would like to remind all staff that even though all of the machines on the University estate are fully protected, clicking on links inside unsolicited emails is not recommended. This is especially relevant when accessing your email from home. Measures should be taken to ensure your machine at home has all of the required operating system updates installed and adequate anti-virus software.
