Module Delivery Template FAQs

Find answers to some frequently asked questions about the new module delivery template system below.

You can access the new form by clicking here or visiting https://timetable.wlv.ac.uk. When you’ve successfully logged in using your University credentials, hover over the ‘Data’ tab in the top right and click ‘Create module delivery templates’.

If you need to move a module ownership to somebody else, just get in touch with mytimetable@wlv.ac.uk who can reassign modules to your queue, or to somebody else’s.

An event is any teaching event a student is required to attend. This can be anything from a lecture or seminar to workshops etc. A full list can be fo

If you want to arrange a teaching event after the MDT has been submitted and approved, you will need to notify the Timetabling team. This will ensure that the teaching event shows as it should on the student timetable.

If you need your seminars to follow your lectures but sit within the same week, create two events (one for the lecture and another for the seminar) and on both, leave relevant information in the ‘Additional Information’ boxes provided at the end of the forms.

If you need your lecture to take place on a certain day of the week, add this information into the optional field on the form. When doing so, you will need to provide justification as to why this needs to happen.

If you are having trouble accessing CMISGo using your University credentials, please contact the IT Service Desk (ext 2000/01902 322000) and advise the team you are having issues with your ‘single-sign on access’.

If ‘Data’ is not across the list of options in the top right of your browser, please contact the Project Team at mytimetable@wlv.ac.uk.

In order to ensure that a technician is available for your event, find their name when completing the 'Lecturers' tab and add them to the booking.
