Wolves Wellbeing Day 

De-Stress-December

Feeling stressed and maybe a little overwhelmed as the festive break approaches and assignments submissions build up?, ’Wolves Wellbeing Day' is a day full of virtual events to help you take a breather. So, take some time out with us to de-stress, chill, learn some new skills, have fun, get to know new people, or just enjoy some company for the day to build your sense of wellbeing. 

You are welcome to join us for the day or dip in and out of the different activities during the day. We shall be here from 9am to 5pm.

While pre-booking is not required - you can just click the link above to join in at any time throughout the day - if you like you can register through Eventbrite to receive an email reminder with the joining link before the event and the option to 'add to calendar'. 

Programme of Activity 

As a general rule, each talk and activity/talk will be a maximum of 30 minutes, ‘Mindful Moments’ will be a maximum of 10 - 15 minutes.

 Breakfast Special – with the SSW team: 

Start the day with us, talk with us, get to know us,  listen to us, laugh at us, or wake up with some company, whilst we share tips, ways to get motivated and breakfast ideas. 

Set aside those starting back at uni anxieties and have a breather on us so you can do your very best.

‘You do and you don’t’: At this time of year we often think about New Year resolutions – are they good, bad, or ugly? What happens to the resolutions we make to ourselves? Do we have the same ones each year? Are there cultural variations?  

Join Sonia for this light-hearted conversation, with some tips on how to reduce the pressures we put on ourselves.

Mindful moment: Bubbles – Come and join us blowing bubbles – taking a second look at the beauty of bubbles and how they can help us let go of unhelpful though and come into the present.  

Come along with some bubble mix or make your own out of washing up liquid
