The University student Mental Health and Wellbeing Team provides counselling for personal issues which are affecting your ability to fully engage with your studies.
We are here to help you by offering free, professional, confidential and non – judgmental support.
We help with a variety of personal difficulties which include: anxiety, confidence, depression, homesickness, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, cultural issues, identity, trauma, loss/bereavement, relationships or work/life/study balance.
Our aim is to work alongside you towards achieving academic success, thereby making the most of your university experience.

Privacy Notice: What is discussed in counselling remains confidential to the service except when there is serious concern for your safety/the safety of another or if we have a legal duty to disclose.
