To mark World Mental Health Day, WLV Sport is inviting all staff and students to take part in a day dedicated to wellbeing on Friday 10 October.

Attendees can enjoy free gym access and a range of fitness classes designed to support both physical and mental health. Class Schedule at Walsall Sports Centre:

  • WLV HIIT:  7.00am – 7:45am
  • WLV Strength:  9.30am –10:15am
  • Pilates:  12.00pm – 1.00pm
  • Mindfulness Stretch:  4:30–5:30pm
  • Boxercise: 6.00pm – 7.00pm

The Chaplaincy hosts: events for Diwali and Bandi Chhor Divas

Langar for Bandi Chhor Divas supported by Sikh Chaplain, and Sikh students (staff are also welcome to volunteer).

Langar is a free, simple lunch, prepared and served as an act of charitable service in the Sikh tradition. Head coverings are required but will be supplied if needed. Seating will be primarily be on the floor but a small amount of chairs will be available for those that need them.
