Join a Care first wellbeing webinar running throughout November

Care first is available 24/7 to offer support, advice and counselling on any workplace or personal-related issues. No matter how small or big the problem, Care first counsellors are available to you. All Care first counsellors are professionally qualified and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
The following Care first webinars, running throughout November, are open to all University of Wolverhampton members (staff and students). Please note - while all are welcome to join, some of the content may be more targeted towards employees.

This webinar provides an overview of what you can expect when making a call to the counselling helpline provided by Care first.
A webinar to raise awareness of the service and information on how to access the EAP support provided by Care first.
A light touch session on domestic violence, noticing the signs and how you and Care first can support those affected. This webinar is in line with the 16 Days of Action Against Domestic Violence which starts on 25 November.
