Possible delays with contacting University staff

MESSAGE FROM IT SERVICES 

Last week we discovered a technical issue that was affecting staff devices across the University. The issue causes significant slowdowns on their devices and in some cases makes them unusable.

We are doing all we can to get this resolved as soon as possible however, in the meantime, please be aware that it could take staff longer to respond to you so your patience would be appreciated.
