Coronavirus update: Campus Access: 20 March 2020
Following the decision to suspend all face-to-face teaching due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, you are reminded that you should not be coming on to campus unless it is absolutely essential. If you do, you will now need your Student ID card to access buildings to use the library facilities. Please note if you are accessing via the Ambika Paul building, you need to use the key pad to the right of the main sliding doors to swipe your Student ID Pass (the access point is directly underneath the key pad).
Libraries will remain open at all three campuses for the time being but please remember that government guidance is asking us all to practise social distancing so please avoid, if at all possible, coming into the University and try to avoid group contact wherever you can.
All catering facilities have temporarily been suspended but there are vending machines available if you need to purchase refreshments.
If you have any queries or questions about your course or your studies, let the University know by logging a call through e:Vision. A key benefit to using the Helpdesk call is it's very easy for us to track, update and have a record of your query and our responses. We will respond to your call as soon as possible.
Please continue to check information on the dedicated coronavirus web pages and FAQs which now includes links to specific Schools and Institutes where regular updates will be posted about your courses and there is a new series of FAQs on library services giving you an overview of what resources are available to help you continue with your studies.
Your wellbeing continues to be the University’s priority and we encourage you to be mindful of your own health and that of your family and friends.

Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience)
