Workplace Well-being Week 2019

Health and wellbeing therapies and workshops will be on offer to University staff and students as part of Workplace Well-being Week 2019.

Workplace Well-being Week 2019 (25 February – 1 March) is about helping employees and employers create good mental health in the workplace.

During the week, a series of free workshops will be delivered by Mental Health and Well-being specialists at the University of Wolverhampton Science Park in the Creative Industries Building.

The week offers a blend of health and well-being therapies, including Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Massage and Dance. Each workshop is unique, delivered on different days over lunch time, 12pm – 2pm. Each workshop aims to provide key tools to help individuals combat anxiety, stress, fears, and will offer practical solutions to deal with these issues, in both personal and professional lives. Some aspects of the workshops will be informative/educational and some practical i.e. massage, dance, hypnosis.
