Festive activities with the Chaplaincy

Get involved in some fun festive activities on campus with the Chaplaincy this December.

Our Chaplaincy on Molineux Street offers hospitality to everyone, of all faiths and none, who simply want to drop in and have a chat or find a quiet place amidst a busy university.

  • Tuesday 6 December, 11am to 2pm, in the Chaplaincy: Boardgames, cookie making (and eating) and pumpkin soup for St Nicholas Day. Supported by Asgard Games of Walsall.
  • Thursday 8 December, from 2pm, at St Peter's Church opposite the Wulfruna Building: Candlelit carol service including a short act of remembrance for those who have died in the last year,  
  • From Monday 12 December: Pop up carol singing, everyone welcome, any ability
  • Monday 12 December, 12 noon - 2pm at Walsall Campus: Meet your Wellbeing Champions, carol singing, and Christmas treats. 
  • Tuesday 13 December, 12 noon - 1pm in the City Campus courtyard: Carol singing 
  • Tuesday 13 December, 3pm - 7pm: Christmas evening social open all to all staff and students
  • Thursday 15 December, 12.45pm - 2pm, Springfield Campus: Collection for the Dr Richard Ekpedekumo appeal, donating to Compton Hospice and the Student Hardship Fund
  • Friday 16 December, from 9am: Sponsored walk from Springfield Campus to Compton Hospice for the Dr Richard Ekpedekumo appeal.
