Student Update: Timetable Release

Dear students,

We are pleased to let you know that your personalised timetable for semester 1 of 2022/23 has been released and can now be viewed on the myWLV app.

When viewing your timetable, you may wish to refer to the following information and guide to MyWLV, which includes a useful video introduction to the app and to Canvas for new students.

Timetables can only be viewed after you have successfully enrolled and selected your modules for the coming year. If you are having difficulties enrolling then please log a Helpline Call on e:Vision.

Once you have enrolled, the Central Timetabling Unit will work as fast as possible to fit you into your specific study groups (where required).

You are advised to regularly check your timetable over the coming weeks as it may be subject to change and updates. Whilst kept to a minimum, such changes can alter the room, time, and day of the teaching session in order to prevent clashes on your timetable. Any session which is yet to be allocated a specific room will have ‘TBC’ listed – these will be updated very soon.

If you have fully enrolled and registered your modules and information is missing, please bear with us as it is most likely that it will appear over the coming weeks.
