The Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES) is a national survey, coordinated by the Advance HE, inviting postgraduate taught students to comment on their course and experience.

It is your chance to tell us your thoughts about your course. The results help us compare how we are doing with other institutions, to make changes that will improve what we do in future and to keep doing the things that you value. We carefully analyse all of the results, read every comment and use this information to inform our investments and efforts to continuously improve the student experience. This will help improve the experience of students like you in the future.

PTES will launch at the University of Wolverhampton on 3 May 2023 and you will receive an invitation to participate in the online survey via email sent to your University email account. The email will be sent by Jisc online surveys. Jisc will send you reminders if you have not participated before the survey closes, on 16 June.
Participation is optional and your responses are anonymous and confidential. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.

PTES concentrates on your course and includes:
  • teaching and learning
  • engagement
  • assessment and feedback
  • organisation and management
  • skills development
As a thank you for your time, participants will be entered into a free prize draw to win one of two £50 WLV Wallet vouchers.
