Timetables & Exam Start Times

 Timetables

  • Personal timetables for semester two exams (6-16th May) will be available in E:vision approximately two weeks ahead of the examination period.  
  • Once your exam has been scheduled, in Canvas the assessment will update to show the finalised date for the examination, personal rooms, seat numbers (where allocated) and specific notes on the exam will all be available on your personal timetable. 
  • Access personal exam timetables in e:Vision by going to My Study/My Modules, scroll right down and click on Exam Timetable to open. 
  • If you do not see an exam timetable in your e:Vision and are expecting to sit an exam, please contact ASK immediately.  

 Seating Arrangements

  • Allocated Seat numbers – for the majority of exams provisional seat numbers are pre-allocated and available on your personal timetable. Invigilators will check your ID at the entrance and confirm your allocated seat number.
  • No Seat - don't worry if your seat is unavailable, you will be seated upon arrival.

 Exam Start Times

  • Morning exams: 9:30 AM*
  • Afternoon exams: 2:00 PM*
  • Canvas exams: May have alternative start times.
  • Occasionally, start times may vary – always double-check your schedule.
  • Arrive 15–30 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.

 Late Arrivals

  • You may be permitted to enter the exam exceptionally, up to 30 minutes after the start time, but no later.
  • No extra time will be given if you arrive late.
  • After 30 minutes, entry will not be permitted.
