The CILEx level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice is a paralegal qualification that consists of five subject units.  You can study this course part-time as a yearlong course or choose to study individual units at your own pace.

A legal executive is a qualified lawyer.  The term 'legal executive' can only be used by Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), who have followed one of the prescribed routes to qualification.

Successful completion of the CILEx Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice will allow you to progress onto the Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice.

Your employer, embassy or organisation can pay for your Tuition fees:

If your employer, embassy or organisation agrees to pay all or part of your tuition fees; the University will refer to them as your sponsor and will invoice them for the appropriate amount.

We must receive notification of sponsorship in writing as soon as possible, and before enrolment, confirming that the sponsor will pay your tuition fees.


Financial Hardship:

Students can apply to the Dennis Turner Opportunity Fund. for help with course related costs however this cannot be used for fees or to cover general living costs.
