CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice

The CILEx level three Certificate in Law and Practice is a paralegal qualification that consists of five subject units.  You can study this course part-time as a yearlong course or choose to study individual units at your own pace.

A legal executive is a qualified lawyer.  The term 'legal executive' can only be used by Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), who have followed one of the prescribed routes to qualification.

Successful completion of the CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice will allow you to progress onto the Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice.  

 

  •        4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English or equivalent* (i.e., BTEC First Diploma, etc.) or equivalent

The University also offers a range of Bursaries and Scholarships in addition to other financial support packages

Tuition Fees Loan: If you wish, you can take out a Government Student Loan which covers the full course fee. You pay it back once you’ve left university and your income is more than £25,725 (from April 2019). More information on repayments can be found at: repayments.
It’s available to eligible full-time higher education students and does not depend on family income.

The amount of the Tuition Fees Loan is paid directly to the University of Wolverhampton by the Student Loan Company.
