This module is designed to support ongoing critically reflective practice. It is also about critiquing models of critical reflective practice. You will explore the de-/ re-constructing of professionalism and the enactment of professional identities. The module therefore includes reflections on participants’ journeys in their particular sector (Lifelong Education and Professional Practice). This will involve reflections and discussion around your autobiography and your current trajectory. You will reflect on the particular transitions you have made and/ or are making in your professional practice. You will engage in critical incident sharing and in collaborative online activities. The module will facilitate the sharing of professional knowledge, experiences, personal perceptions, views and attitudes.
