What happens on the course?

Your early studies into psychology will comprise its core areas, building comprehension of mind, emotion, motivation, and behaviour interactions. You will also study the social ramifications behind research methods and current issues in the field. Your critical thinking skills will be further refined in your application to everyday life contexts, making use of quantitative and qualitative research methods in your second-year study. This will aid in preparing you for your selected specialty area, which your third year will focus on more directly. Our course offers placement opportunities, enabling you to use skills and competencies in practise. Some of these placement opportunities include Horizon Care & Education, Everyone Health, HMRC, and Absolutely Mindful. You may work under the supervision of a qualified psychologist in several applied domains, such as counselling, clinical, educational, forensic, health, occupational, and academic research. Our state-of-the-art facilities include computer labs with over 50 networked computers, an observation room with a one-way mirror, and video analysis equipment. Our cyberpsychology research laboratory is stocked with the latest in virtual reality and eye-tracking equipment.

Other Requirements

We must receive notification of sponsorship in writing as soon as possible, and before enrolment, confirming that the sponsor will pay your tuition fees.

for help with course related costs however this cannot be used for fees or to cover general living costs.
