Hire Us

The Arena Theatre has two flexible spaces available for hire, making it an ideal venue for performances, meetings and conferences.

Our prices are very competitive, and we're conveniently located in the centre of Wolverhampton, close to plenty of parking, rail, tram and bus links. All the spaces have state-of-the-art conferencing equipment, with full technical support and our own tailored range of hospitality and catering.

Our hire fees include two Front of House staff, and two Technical staff.

Main Auditorium

The 150 seat main auditorium forms the heart of the theatre. It is fully accessible and equipped for theatre, concerts, livestreams and multimedia presentations. The main theatre is a studio space, which means the stage is not raised. For full technical information, please click here

Seminar Room

Complete with its own inbuilt conference equipment, the Seminar Room can easily accommodate 20 in boardroom style. The Seminar Room contains presentation and multimedia equipment.

Catering

Any catering supplied at the Arena Theatre is provided by the University of Wolverhampton's Catering department. Please let us know when booking our spaces whether you would like us to book catering for you.
