Mohammed Al-Sadoon is a specialist in Embedded Systems, Robotics, Digital signal Processing, Radio Frequency and Smart antenna systems and Objects Localisation. He is a Post-doctorate Research Fellow in Embedded systems and Robotics at the University of Wolverhampton.  He received his BSc, MSc degrees from the University of Basrah, Iraq in 2008 and 2011, respectively, whereas he obtained his PhD degree in 2020 from the University of Bradford. He is the author of five chapters and has published over 30 academic journal and conference papers.

Al-Sadoon worked on many projects that focused on combining new and modern RF direction-finding methods for covert tracking and localization applications using advanced signal processing techniques.  He is a reviewer for several journals and magazines including IEEE transaction journals, IET journals, MDPI journals. His overarching research interests are concentrated on Smart antenna technologies,  5G and 6G mobile communications, Embedded system design and robotics modelling, FPGA and RF sensor design technologies.

Electrical and Control Engineer (South Oil Company, Iraq):

From 2011 to 2015, I worked n on many projects for developing, updating, and upgrading the old electrical and control panels replacing them with new PLC, DSC, and SCADA systems. These projects were implemented in co-operation with different international companies such as Emerson, Green-Ray, and Schneider. I organised and delivered a training course "Design and Programming of Industrial Automation Systems Using Programmable Logic Controllers" for junior engineers and technicians to enable them to work on and deal with newly installed control systems.
