After graduating from the Panteion University with a degree in Psychology (Athens, Greece) I embarked on my post graduate journey in the field of Counselling Psychology. I have completed my M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology which incorporated an applied professional training route in person- centred therapy (accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I arrived at the University of Wolverhampton in 2015 to undertake my Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and in 2018 completed the clinical training and taught components of the program. Today, I work as lecturer with my input being mainly directed towards Counselling Psychology-oriented modules at level 6 and 7.
My research interests are located in the area of online therapy. In particular I am interested in further understanding the process of uptake of online-based interventions among mental health clinicians. I am currently working towards the completion of my Doctoral thesis which in focused in this subject area.
