Faith has worked at the university for 10 years as a Senior Lecturer in Specialist Practice (Specialist Community Public Health Nursing – HV). Prior to this, Faith worked as a health visitor practice teacher. Her primary responsibility is student health visitor education. This role also includes the delivery and advancement of public health knowledge, research skill and leadership potential across the four routes within Specialist Practice education.

As an Award Lead for the MSc in Primary Care, Faith co-ordinates the dissertation module for qualified Specialist Practitioners in the region wishing to complete their Masters Degree. As a faculty member she contributes to the Practice Teacher Award for qualified specialist practitioners.

Faith has a particular interest in approaches to narrative research. Her current research focuses on the complexity of health visitor development.
