Loraine is currently the Head of International Development for the Faculty of Social Science, a Principal Lecturer in Law
She is a former director of a consultancy company working with commerce and industry in the field of contract and project management. She is also a former partner in a legal training firm designing courses for Continuing Professional Development for solicitor members of The Law Society of England & Wales.
Loraine is a Solicitor and has previously worked in an international practice of solicitors commuting regularly between the UK and Holland, and legal consultant to a nationally recognised firm of Chartered Accountants.
In addition to a Masters’ degree in Legal Practice, Loraine has a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education investigating TransNational Education.
She has trained in mediation and designing dispute resolution systems in both the UK and USA.
