The degrees taught in the School of Architecture & the Built Environment are accredited through multiple accreditors which are the; Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT), Institute of Highways Engineers (IHE), Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) & the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB).

You will learn from industry experts who transfer their knowledge and hands-on experience in their respective fields, staff are professionally qualified and possess considerable industrial experience, ensuring that your learning is practical and relevant to current industry practice. The Faculty of Science and Engineering offers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the form of UK and International short courses focused on best professional practice.
