Katie Wood

Accomplished career in teaching and learning, demonstrated through achieving Post Graduate Certificate and Senior Follow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).

Several years academic experience in universities in the UK and Malta and have presented as a guest lecturer at several other universities.

Lead Academic in the University of Wolverhmapton Hereford Cyber Project which is working towards being a £10M cyber development/commerial centre.

Responsible for the relationship building for collaboration research with businesses and universities in the UK and aboard. I have links in cyber with the Maryland state, USA, including with Universities. Colleges and businesses.

Have had serveral academic papers in cloud computer and cyber published.

Presented at Cyber Maryland Oct 2017 conference, the largest cyber conference worldwide.

I am certified General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner and I have supported SMEs  in a range of industries, providing  advice on cyber awareness, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, vulnerability management, Cloud Adoption and ISO standards.
