Neil Hingorani qualified as a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992. He is also a Senior Lecturer in the School of Architecture and the Built Environment specialising in Real Estate.
Neil spent over 17 years practising as a Chartered Surveyor before taking the step into academia in August 2009. During his years in practise, he specialised in land buying and development and now teaches these skills to undergraduate surveyors.
During his time in the property industry, Neil also worked on some high profile projects and acted for Carillion as Lead Surveyor during the merger of their property portfolio with Alfred McAlpine.
