I teach all types of students ranging from pre to post-registration in nursing. I teach nurses on various subjects such as triage, advanced clinical practice, shock, research, human anatomy and physiology, nursing practice in general and various other subjects such as key skills in nursing. I have an interest in teaching health professionals and advancing clinical practice in healthcare. I have also taught pre and post-registration nursing students as a student teacher and qualified lecturer to gain and improve relevant knowledge and skills in teaching. I have also done visiting lecturing during my lecturer training to continue to develop my teaching skills and knowledge.

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Studies and Education, which is a combined qualification with the Postgraduate Certificate in Health, and Social Care Education (PgCHSCE). I am a registered lecturer with the Staff and Educational Development Association (SEDA), and with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). I have always had an interest in teaching health professionals since I became a nurse. I intend undertaking research and providing patient care within clinical settings throughout my career.
