I am currently an academic in the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing at the University of Wolverhampton. My special interests are in Practice Learning, Safer People Handling and Professional Development, particularly the use of re-usable learning objects to enhance ongoing learning. My background is in children’s nursing, with an interest in caring for the acutely ill child and caring for children with long term conditions. I currently also undertake occasional shifts as a Bank Staff Nurse at a Children’s Hospice in Worcestershire.
