I am a Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Health at Wolverhampton University.  My role involves developing, planning, and delivering teaching material that meets professional standards. I work closely with the NHS, Health Education England and local organisations to ensure our awards are relevant to the needs of future employers.

I am a Doctorate candidate within the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing (FEHW). My research interest is; End of Life Care in Advanced Dementia.

I have experience working in the NHS and privately as a registered mental health nurse (RMN). The focus of my clinical practice was working with adults with serious and enduring mental illness in the community as a community psychiatric nurse, as well as a community mental health team manager. Prior to joining the University, I worked as a Mental Health Complex Care Commissioner.
