  • Our expertise is varied and includes experts in sports psychology, exercise physiology for elite performance and health, physical education and sports coaching. We’ve worked with the likes of Adidas and the NHS, as well as providing insight for the likes of the BBC.
  • Anyone living in University owned accommodation get off-peak fitness membership for free, and it’s heavily discounted for all other students.

Our facilities cater for all sports, including an athletics track, ball sports, swimming and more.  We also benefit from having our own physiology, psychology and biomechanics labs.
