21 and Proud Speed Networking Birthday Tea Party

An engaging presentation was given highlighting the different types of student and graduate schemes currently in place as well as the services that are offered to help companies recruit the best calibre candidates.

This was followed by a vibrant speed networking session which gave attendees a chance to network in a fun and lively environment.

After which the audience were treated to a “Tea Party” buffet, complete with Birthday cake, banners, party bags and balloons.

The event organised by the University of Wolverhampton Careers and Employment centre was held as part of the 21 and Proud, birthday celebrations - Celebrating 21 years of University status.

Head of the Careers and Employment centre, Simon Brandwood said “A successful and fun morning was had by all. We would like to thank everyone who attended and look forward to hosting more exciting and informative events in the future.”

The University of Wolverhampton is committed to raising the employability of their students and graduates, which in turn will hopefully boost local economy through student and graduate placements within local businesses.
