Hosted by the University of Wolverhampton, with support from UK Trade & Investment, the first of the workshops will be on Friday, 28 January 2011 at Wolverhampton Science Park.
Gavin Smeilus, of the Caparo Innovation Centre which is organising the workshops, said: “These workshops are about helping companies, particularly those involved in developing products for international markets, improve their marketing capability.
“We’ve spoken to many small businesses and the majority would simply like training and guidance on how to improve the way they present their company and products.
“These workshops aim to equip attendees with the skills to be able to create their own marketing collateral, communicate the benefits and technical features of their products or services effectively and make the most of the new wave of social media.”
The series of three workshops is being offered at the discounted rate of £200 per company delegate.
