20/05/2009

WLVdialogue has reached the finals of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Excellence Awards in the External Newspaper or Magazine category.

The awards recognise best practice in public relations throughout the UK and are open to professionals from companies, consultancies, associations, charities and government organisations.

The quarterly magazine, aimed at an external audience, was launched in June last year and includes news, features, latest research and profiles.

WLVdialogue Editor Emma Kilvert said: “We are very pleased to have been shortlisted. The team has worked really hard on the magazine and I am delighted that our efforts have been recognised.”

CIPR Director General Colin Farrington said: “It gives me even greater pleasure than usual to be able to announce we received a record number of Excellence Awards entries this year. Over 900 submissions across the 27 award categories entered to win one of these highly esteemed awards.”

Winners will be announced at the Excellence Awards Summer Ball at the Honourable Artillery Company Gardens in London on July 7.
