Jon Parker, Area Manager for Wesleyan for Lawyers, will visit the University on Thursday, 11 June 2009 to give a talk entitled “Holistic Planning for a Successful Exit".
The talk will take place at Wolverhampton Science Park from 4pm until 7pm in the exhibition area.
The event is part of the Lex21 initiative, which encourages closer working between the University’s School of Legal Studies and legal practitioners in areas including networking, professional development and legal training.
Organiser Lynn Leighton-Johnstone, from the School of Legal Studies, said: "In these times of the credit crunch, financial planning is paramount and Jon's expertise in advising partners on planning for both the expected and unexpected exit from the practice is a timely issue. What is clear is that it is never too early start planning."
The talk is open to all Lex21 members and School of Legal Studies associates.
