She will also provide consultation to faculty and administrative staff on the implementation of the Masters of Science in Nursing degree programme.

Dr Serrant-Green recently returned from her first visit to Trinidad and Tobago in the role, and said it had been a very successful visit. Staff and students at the university were very welcoming and enthusiastic about sharing learning, teaching and research experiences.

She said: “This is a fantastic honour and a great opportunity for myself and the University of Wolverhampton to engage with nursing and health education on an international level.”
