National lessons launched for teachers

19/09/2014

Language Networks for Excellence (LNfE) at the University is offering a wide range of language courses for primary and secondary teachers.

On Saturday, October 11, Richard Tallaron from Le Francais en Ecosse, will be delivering a Saturday course for non-specialist primary teachers to build teachers’ confidence in French. This will feature practical ideas for teaching French in the primary classroom. The popular course at Wolverhampton Science Park will be repeated in February and June.

There will be a free session on Tuesday, November 25 on linking primary languages with numeracy. This event at Wolverhampton Science Park is part of the Regional Support Group timetable of events for 2008/09.

LNfE will also be running several courses for secondary teachers, including a German Immersion Day on Monday, December 8 and a full day course for teachers on the subject of alternative accreditation and 14-19 diplomas on Friday, November 21.
