Event for trainee teachers

Third year students at the School of Education (SEd) are set to attend a conference at the Walsall Campus on Thursday, 21 February 2008.

“It is a collaborative event that demonstrates integrated practice between Initial Teacher Training, education studies students and those on combined degree courses.”
The conference speakers include Dr Iram Siraj-Blatchford, from the Institute of Education, who is an expert in early years’ education, and Dr Paul Warmington, of the University of Birmingham. University of Wolverhampton speakers include Dr Tim Waller, who will talk about young children’s narratives and outdoor space.
