The images tell the story behind the picture and its place in the history of the ring road. The talk will be of interest to anyone with a passion for photography, archives, Wolverhampton and the developments of the 1960’s.
THe screenprinting workshop will be delivered by Jayne in the afternoon. Suitable for absolute beginners or those who are more practiced at screen print, all levels of ability are welcome! You will be able to take away your own print at the end of the session.
These events may be attended individually or together.

Jayne Murray began work with the Wolverhampton Ring Road in 2017 as part of an AA2A residency at Wolverhampton School of Art. Since then she has received a bursary from Wolverhampton City Archives to continue her research into the Ring Road.
Jayne is a public artist who works with Place to create visual artworks that engage people.
