Emma is responsible for the development of University systems through a cultural transformation process, to establish a new way of working with an enhanced customer focused service.
As part of her role she is responsible for the areas of Human Resources, Registry and Office of the Dean of Students.
Emma's role covers many areas which would fall within the remit of a traditional University Registrar, to support an excellent working, studying and researching environment for the whole of our community.
Emma joined the University in July 2017 as Director of Organisational Development. She has significant relevant senior management experience in the higher education sector.
Previously she has held senior leadership and management roles at Imperial College, Royal Holloway and Queen Mary University of London.
Emma graduated from University of Leeds with a degree in Human Geography and completed a PG Diploma in Information Studies at University of North London and a Diploma in Management at Birbeck, University of London.
