Donna has worked for BT Group for 27 years with the last six years in Openreach, BT’s local network business. She has worked in a variety of roles from product management, to roll out of Broadband Britain where her goal was to deliver ADSL broadband to the remaining 44% of homes to get Openreach coverage. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), where she was responsible for delivering MyDonate, charity giving platform, driving the climate change and environmental agenda and more latterly customer service and for the past three years has been the General manager client management. Where she has focused on building trust and transparency with developers and industry bodies, whilst using her influence to deliver transformational change with Openreach.
Donna is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 16 years’ experience operating at board level in a variety of roles within BT, as well as extensive experience operating as a non-executive director for a children’s charity and the NHS. A skilled negotiator, influencer and change agent with a proven track record in managing transformational change programmes in process, markets, products and people. Her engaging leadership style enables others to stretch their capabilities and achieve what they thought impossible, whilst maintaining an environment based on open, transparent conversations that propagate trust and professional integrity.
She is passionate about providing a great customer experience and Won “Career in The Industry” Award from IVCA for her contribution in developing innovative communication and engagement programmes around Climate Change and Broadband Britain in 2009.
Donna has a masters from Henley Management Centre.
