Donna has spent many years coaching executives and senior managers and working with the White Ensign over a 12 year period helping ex-service personnel transition from into civilian life and work. She has now established her own consulting company utilising her transformational change experience to help both individuals and organisations implement effective change programmes, which enable employees to engage and be part of that change. Donna looks at an holistic approach to coaching and works with people to define what is that they really want from life and work using the Listening Partnership Ltd Transformational Narrative Coaching methodology.
Donna worked for BT Group for 28 years with the last seven years in Openreach, BT’s local network business. She has worked in a variety of roles from product management to roll out of Broadband Britain, where her goal was to deliver ADSL broadband to the remaining 44% of homes to get Openreach coverage. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), where she was responsible for delivering charity giving platform MyDonate, drove the climate change and environmental agenda. Her last four years were in client management. Donna focused on building trust and transparency with developers and industry bodies, whilst using her influence to deliver transformational change with Openreach.
A highly accomplished senior executive with over 17 years’ experience operating at board level in a variety of roles, Donna has extensive experience operating as a non-executive director for a children’s charity and the NHS. She is a skilled negotiator, influencer and change agent with a proven track record in managing transformational change programmes in process, markets, products and people. Her engaging leadership style enables others to stretch their capabilities and achieve what they thought impossible, whilst maintaining an environment based on open, transparent conversations to propagate trust and professional integrity.
She is passionate about providing a great customer experience and won the Career in The Industry Award from the International Visual Communications Association (IVCA), for her contribution in developing innovative communication and engagement programmes around Climate Change and Broadband Britain in 2009.
Donna has a Masters from Henley Management Centre.
