Each year the University publishes summary information on staff and students demographics through the Annual Review. You can find more information here.
The University has now published its first Gender Pay Gap Report as required by The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017 which came into force on 31 March 2017.
These regulations underpin the Public Sector Equality Duty and require the relevant organisations to publish their gender pay gap data by 30 March 2018, and then annually thereafter.
The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference between men’s and women’s earnings across the entire University and our Gender Pay Gap Report provides some context and data on this across a number of measures as required by the Regulations. It also sets out the positive work that has been done to promote gender equality and includes the future actions that the University is committed to, in order to address our gender pay gap.
You will find each annual report on this page, by 30 March on an annual basis
