Mindfulness – Eight week course

Many people are discovering the benefits of the age-old practice of meditation for life today. Mindfulness meditation can help us find peace in a frantic world.  Lou Langford (University Counsellor) and Sarah Bruce (University Chaplain) invite you to join an eight week Mindfulness - Based Stress reduction (MBSR) programme.

You will need to make a commitment to attend all eight sessions and set aside an hour a day to practice, using CDs of guided meditations, for the duration of the course.  All course materials will be provided.  If you are interested, you will be asked to attend an individual pre-course meeting with either Sarah or Lou.
